PSN Crashing For PS4 Launch

The PlayStation Network has been experiencing issues following the launch of the PlayStation 4. A number of customers have reported that they have encountered multiple error numbers, along with text explaining “The network connection has been lost”

PSN is still down for maintenance but Sony has confirmed that they are working on resolving the issue. Most customers are able to get passed the firmware update but they are having problems connecting to the internet afterwards.

I also encountered this problem but after a while I was able to sign into PSN and sync my account. I am still encountering issues though. I’ll be sent back to the “What’s New” tab even if I am on another application like trophies or party chat. Sony is working on this and I’m hoping everything can be fixed in a couple of days. For now Sony urges fans to be patient.

Are you encountering any networking problems?
